Finally, the device is flexible if it meets the requirement to be adaptable to different types of loads and customer needs.
The special feature of the cooling devices we offer is the possibility of electric “stand by” operation.
It enables the operation of the cooling device even when the vehicle is not in motion, i.e. after turning off the vehicle’s engine.
It is then driven by a 220 or 380 V electric motor, according to client requirements.

In this paragraph, we will bring you closer to the process of installing the Carrier Neos 100 cooling device.
A very similar process takes place with all other devices,
it is only a “variation on the theme”
When we talk about the installation of a cooling device in a previously thermally insulated chamber, it should be noted that the first step is the positioning of the outdoor and indoor units according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Then he starts drilling holes in the chamber where the installation is inserted.
Each cooling device has certain dimensions according to which templates are made that are used to cut the sheet metal part of the vehicle roof.
The hole, i.e. the opening caused by cutting, is protected by a special insulated rubber mass, primarily due to external influences.
The cooling device is then mounted from the chamber and attached to the ceiling of the vehicle.
When the device has been successfully mounted, the installation and the water and condensate drain are passed through the front wall (partition behind the driver’s seat).
At the very end, a roof cover with a fan is placed, mounted and fastened in 4 – 6 points.
The roof cover is, in most cases, low-profile and in the color of the vehicle, which gives the vehicle a design advantage.
