MultiPartner and Movex present a new solution for road service patrol vehicles

We are proudly presenting our new solution for road service patrol vehicles made in cooperation with Movex d.o.o. from Zagreb. The project comes fresh from our Special program — made for everyone who wants to turn their mobile job idea into reality.

This special conversion was made on a VW crafter 2.0 TDI vehicle with a double cab and an engine power of 103 kW. The result is a fully customized road service patrol vehicle equipped with advanced systems for the safety of workers and traffic participants according to the highest safety standards.

The vehicle is equipped with an innovative anti-crash system – ALPINA TMA-Light, designed for trucks of up to 3.5 tons and a total weight of 350 kg. The system absorbs impact energy in the event of a collision with another vehicle, reducing the collision effect by 50 km/h. Another advantage of this system is the easy replacement of the airbag in just 20 minutes.

Another great feature of our new road service patrol solution is foldable LED panel made by Swarco. This advanced traffic signal/notices LED panel is characterized by excellent readability in all weather conditions and an electric lifting mechanism via remote control. It’s lightweight and highly energy efficient.

For additional visibility on the road, we placed 2 rotating LED lights on a highly visible and easily recognizable orange tarpaulin, a central bridge with orange flashes on the cab roof and 2 square orange LED flashes in the front grille of the vehicle.

Finally, we covered the vehicle with a protective orange foil according to RAL standards.

All systems are mounted on a new galvanized steel chassis measuring 2700 x 2100 mm with 400 mm high aluminum side panels and 1600 mm high rails.

The final dimensions of the vehicle after the upgrade are 7000 x 2100 x 2720 mm (length-width-height).
