We have upgraded an open cargo body on an impressive base vehicle!
ABOUT THE UPGRADE
Multipartner proudly presents another successfully completed upgrade of the MAN TGL 12.220 vehicle, manufactured in accordance with the highest technical and professional standards.
The vehicle has been fitted with an open steel cargo body, designed for everyday work challenges and long-term operation in demanding conditions.
The external dimensions of the cargo body, 4,560 × 2,260 × 500 mm (length × width × height), ensure optimal loading space, functionality, and driving stability.
Given the length of the body, the side panels are made of two separate sections that can be opened independently of each other.
Special attention has been paid to structural safety.
The auxiliary subframe is mounted using brackets on each side of the vehicle, while it is connected to the main chassis via bolted joints using M12 × 40 mm bolts, strength grade 10.9.
High load capacity, durability, and reliability are guaranteed throughout the entire service life of both the upgrade and the vehicle.
In addition to the cargo body itself, the vehicle has been upgraded with side underrun protection bars.
Cargo securing rings have also been installed, four (4) on each side.
Cab protection is made of a steel structure with four (4) rows of aluminum slats.
